· Full-chain coverage: Data from Lebao Electronics' EMC laboratory shows that more than 10 standards such as GB 19517-2023 "National Electrical Equipment Safety Technical Specifications" and GB/T 43868-2024 "Startup and Acceptance Procedures for Electrochemical Energy Storage Stations" have established a closed loop of "equipment safety - grid connection test - battery characteristics - grid connection - acceptance evaluation". 

Communication bus protection: A 500kW energy storage project failed to meet the ±8kV static electricity test requirements of GB/T 34131-2023 for the CAN bus, resulting in the interruption of BMS communication. After rectification by Le Ma, the bit error rate decreased from 1.2% to 0.0005%. The Le Ma SMC24 static protection device (with junction capacitance < 50pF) can ensure signal integrity, and the common-mode inductor LDW43T-513T can filter out noise and pass the static electricity test. The Le Ma solution complies with IEC61000-4-2, level 4, contact discharge 30kV, air discharge 30kV. The Le Ma SMC24 has passed the automotive-grade AEC-Q101 certification.


Surge protection: According to GB/T 36548-2024, grid-connected equipment must withstand a 2kV surge impact. The lightning arrester adopts a three-level protection scheme of GDT (2R090-5S) + MOV (10D470KJ) + Inductor + TVS (SMCJ33CA). This has helped over 50 energy storage projects pass the IEC61000-4-5 test. The recommended downstream component is Schottky 60V/5A lightning arrester SK56C (which can be adjusted according to the rated current).

·Electrical Fast Transient Suppression: According to NB/T 31016-2019, the power input port of the inverter is required to withstand 2kV EFT pulses. The lightning common-mode inductor can effectively filter out high-frequency interference.
