High-speed signal dual-channel SOT-23 low capacitance ESD protection
Shanghai Leiditech often receives inquiries from both new and old customers: "Do you have two-channel bidirectional 3.3V or 5V voltage ESD diodes for high-speed signals? We have two I/O ports that need to be protected against static electricity, such as SOT-23 packages."

LCC33DT3, LCC05DT3, LCC12DT3, LCC15DT3, LCC24DT3 - This series can meet the ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection requirements for customers' 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V signals. They are all the ESD diodes needed for the conventional signal voltages required by the customers.
Two-channel bidirectional ESD protection, with one chip sufficient to meet the requirements. This saves space and facilitates PCB layout.
The IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) standard meets ±30kV (in air), ±30kV (in contact), and complies with the electrostatic protection level 4 (±8KV/15KV).
The peak power of all the voltages in the above series is above 300W. Not only does it have a high static electricity prevention capability, but it also has strong surge resistance. It can also protect against surges caused by hot swapping.
At the peak current condition of VCmax@A, the clamped voltage is low.
Low capacitance, with the capacitance values ranging from approximately 0.6 PF, which is suitable for high-speed signal applications.
Low leakage current, 0.1uA.
