1、 Circuit composition of motor control board

The motor control board is usually composed of main components such as power supply, microcontroller, driver, sensor, communication interface, protection circuit, etc

1. Power module: used to provide the power voltage and current required for the motor control circuit. Usually, it includes rectification circuits, filtering circuits, and voltage stabilizing circuits to ensure stable power supply for the motor control circuit.

2. Microcontroller (MCU): responsible for executing motor control algorithms, reading sensor data, and generating appropriate control signals. MCU is the brain of the motor control board, which contains a processor, memory, and various interfaces.

TVS can provide a controllable low impedance path to direct the excessive transient voltage to ground and protect the circuit.

6. Various interface electrostatic surge protection ESD/TVS

In practical applications, the control board has various interfaces to connect to the outside, such as motor interface, encoder feedback interface, sensor feedback interface, serial communication or wireless module communication. These interfaces are easily damaged by surges when plugged in and out, so anti-static surge protection is required.
