The Leiditech MBR40H100CDM is a high current density surface mount TMBS® (Trench MOS barrier Schottky) diode. It is thin, has a high junction temperature, and uses an aluminum strip as the Clip, providing excellent heat dissipation. It is a high-performance power semiconductor device that combines the advantages of Schottky diode and MOSFET technologies. Its packaging is TO-263M(TO-252AE).
