FPC replaces the leiditech ST IXYS model with a Schottky diode
In the design of high-power switching power supply, switch tubes and diodes are indispensable, recently customers in the localization improvement program, need to replace a lot of ST, IXYS high-current Schottky diodes, Lei Wei Electronics sorted out some alternative ultra-low VF Schottky diodes, hoping to help customers reduce costs and fast delivery. Mainly for 15A-30A lithium battery 60-80V LLC switching power supply.
