Leiditech Electronics launched the domestic NCP432 series load switch
This is an ultra-small 1.5A controlled load switch with an auto-discharge path, and the NCP432 is a low Ron MOSFET controlled by an external logic pin to optimize battery life and portable device autonomy.
In fact, due to the optimization of current consumption using the PMOS structure, leakage current can be eliminated by isocooling the connection IC on the battery when not in use.
The output discharge path is also embedded at the output to eliminate residual voltage at the output. A wide input voltage range of 1.0 V to 3.6 V and a very small 0.76 x 0.76 mm WLCSP4, 0.4 mm pitch are recommended. This product perfectly replaces ONSEMI parameters.
It is widely used in watches, bracelets, TWS, IoT modules.
