Shanghai Leiditech participated in the 2026 National Electrostatic Standardization Technical Committee Annual Conference.

From January 17th to 18th, 2026, Shanghai Leiditech participated in the 2026 Annual Meeting of the National Technical Committee for Electrostatic Standardization. The first fourth plenary meeting and working group meeting of the National Technical Committee for Electrostatic Standardization (SAC/TC597) (hereinafter referred to as "Electrostatic Standardization Committee") was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Academician Liu Shanghe of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an advisor to the Electrostatic Standardization Committee, Professor Sun Keping of Shanghai Maritime University, Shi Huikang, deputy director of the Department of Electronic Information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the chairperson of the Electrostatic Standardization Committee, Zhou Ping, chief engineer of the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, Guo Nan, vice president of the China Electronics Standardization Institute, Sun Yanlin, director of the Technical Committee of the Anti-static Equipment Branch of the China Electronic Instrument Industry Association, and Guo Dehua, researcher at the China National Institute of Standardization, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Secretary-General Wang Han.

Zhao Nan, the deputy district leader of Huangdao District, Qingdao City and the director of the Qingdao Innovation and Development Base of Harbin Engineering University, expressed his welcome to the guests present at the event. He introduced the newly established Integrated Circuit College of the university, stating that electrostatic protection is a crucial foundation for ensuring the reliability of integrated circuits. This conference plays a significant role in promoting the university's technological research and the integration of industry and education. He hopes that this conference will serve as an opportunity to further strengthen cooperation and continuously establish a long-term communication platform.

Academician Liu Shanghe, an advisor of the Electrostatic Standardization Committee, delivered a special report titled "Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Detection and Countermeasures", thoroughly analyzing the limitations of traditional detection and countermeasure technologies, systematically expounding the innovative applications of electrostatic technology in this field, and sharing successful cases in scenarios such as railways, airports, and major events. His presentation provided important ideas for the cross-border integration and standardization of electrostatic technology.

Secretary Wang Han delivered the report of the Secretariat, presenting to all committee members the work and financial situation of the Standardization Committee in 2025, as well as the key tasks for 2026. The WG1 Working Group on Anti-static Basics, WG2 Working Group on Anti-static Products, and WG3 Working Group on Industry Applications under the Electrostatic Standardization Committee respectively delivered their reports, summarizing the work of the previous year and proposing the next steps of the work.
The meeting reviewed and approved three draft standards, namely "Electrostatics Part 1: Electrostatic Phenomena, Principles and Measurements", and deliberated on five proposals for standard initiation. It also put forward suggestions for revisions and improvements. The next step will be to make modifications based on the review conclusions and to proceed with the subsequent procedures.
工作组会议
During the conference, the annual meetings of the entire working groups of WG1, WG2 and WG3 were also held. Vice组长 Liu Xuandong of WG1, Group Leader Dong Keming of WG2 and Deputy组长 Wang Shiqiang of WG3 presided over the meetings. At the meetings, the "Implementation Guide for the Standard System of Anti-static Products" and the "Development Roadmap for the Integration of Electrostatic Standards in Key Industries (based on industries such as aerospace and petrochemicals)" were discussed. Subsequent discussions and completion of the compilation work will be carried out in depth.
Overview and Outlook of the Meeting
This meeting was hosted by the Secretariat of the Electrostatic Standardization Committee, which is the China Electronics Technology Standardization Research Institute. The event was organized by the Qingdao Innovation Development Base of Harbin Engineering University. More than 120 representatives from the committee members, observers and member units of the electrostatic standardization committee attended the meeting.
The successful convening of this meeting has laid a solid foundation for consolidating industry consensus and promoting collaborative innovation in electrostatic standardization work. In the future, the Electrostatic Standardization Committee will closely follow the blueprint of the "15th Five-Year Plan" of the country, systematically conduct research on the strategic layout of electrostatic standardization, continuously promote the deep integration of the standard system and industrial upgrading, and provide solid guarantees and standard leadership for the technological progress and high-quality development of the electrostatic field in our country.
