R&D and process development engineer (TVS, MOS):
Work Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to market demand, evaluate and define new products, and optimize the performance and structure of existing products;
2. Device development, process establishment, device simulation, layout design, performance test verification, reliability test evaluation;
3. Responsible for the transfer of process technology to the foundry, and communicate, discuss and solve problems with the wafer foundry (Wafer Fab) and packaging and testing foundries on engineering technology, product yield and quality issues.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in microelectronics or power semiconductor (under 2-5 years work experience for undergraduate, 1-2 years work experience for master);
2. Familiar with the application of power semiconductor devices is preferred;
3. Familiar with semiconductor process integration, working in Wafer Fab process integration position for more than 2 years is preferred;
4. Self-motivation and teamwork spirit are preferred.
Sales Engineer (SE):
Work Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen/Beijing/Chengdu
Job Responsibilities:
1. Promote electronic parts, increase sales, increase market share, and have a good relationship with customers
2. Responsible for customer follow-up and marketing
3. Provide booking and sales services
4. Follow up all aspects of customer design-in projects
Job Requirements:
1. Electronic Engineering degree or above
2. More than 1 year experience in electronic parts sales
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong analytical skills, careful, keen, and capable of decision-making
FAE (Power Device):
Work Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen/Beijing/Chengdu
Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with sales to promote products and provide technical support;
2. Help customers solve the technical problems of chips and devices in application;
3. Laboratory ESD, EOS experimental test;
4, the establishment of customer technical support files.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics;
2. More than one year working experience in related industries;
3. Experience in embedded development, mobile phone, tablet baseband development is preferred;
4. Familiar with basic circuit principles, experience in power supply (DC-DC, LDO, charging, PMIC, etc.) is preferred; experience in power devices is preferred;
5. Familiar with hardware design and layout, strong hands-on ability, and proficient in using various debugging instruments.
