Advantages of the solution: The P-channel MOSFET is adopted to meet the high-power anti-reverse connection requirements of automotive in-vehicle equipment. It has low heat generation, a DFN5X6-8 package, excellent heat dissipation performance. The selected components in the solution meet the national standard ISO 7637-2 5A/5B test standards in terms of static electricity and surge. A separate large-power TVS or PTC + TVS combination solution can be adopted. The SM8S58CA is used to meet the ISO 7637-2 5A/5B test. The 5.0SMDJ58CA can pass the IEC 61000-4-5, GB/T 17626.5 8/20μs 2KV standards. The cost is low, the circuit is simple, and it meets IEC 61000-4-2 (level 4) contact discharge of 30kV and air discharge of 30kV.
