The electric vehicle digital instrument panel is mainly composed of a data acquisition module, a front-end signal processing circuit, a button input circuit, an AID conversion circuit, a microcontroller, and a liquid crystal display driver.
All signals are converted into digital signals acceptable to the microcontroller through the front signal processing circuit and the AID conversion circuit, and then output to the Nixie tube display circuit and LED indicator circuit for display and indication after data processing. The display and indication of which data is selected or scrolled by the keyboard input circuit. If abnormal data is found, the alarm circuit will give an alarm.
Electric vehicle instruments typically display battery voltage, vehicle speed, cycling status, and lighting status. The intelligent instrument panel can also display the operation and fault status of various electrical components in the vehicle, which is closely related to the performance of the MCU.
