3.22 Intelligent Electronic Scale
Leiditech recommends intelligent electronic scale protection devices and solutions

When an object is placed on the scale, pressure is applied to the pressure sensor, which deforms, causing impedance to change. The signal is then output to the MCU microcontroller for control. The MCU microcontroller can adjust according to the commands and programs inputted by the LED controller and output the results to the display. It can provide voice prompts and print relevant documents, Users can interact with data from other internet connected devices, such as laptops or smartphones.
The development of electronic weighing technology from static weighing to dynamic weighing: measurement methods have evolved from analog measurement to digital measurement. With the arrival of the intelligent era, domestic electronic scales have achieved an annual growth rate of over 20% for four consecutive years, far exceeding the global average growth rate. Because the signal voltage output by the sensor in the electronic scale is too small (mostly within the range of millivolts or microvolts), it cannot meet the input signal level requirements of the AID converter. Therefore, the amplification circuit is used to bring sufficient gain to increase the signal amplitude. In addition, the analog signal output by the weighing sensor is weak, so it needs to be amplified by an amplifier before it can be directly sent to the AID converter for AID conversion.
